This policy explains what personal data we collect on miraiworks.cl, what we use it for and who we share it with. It is written to be understood, not to cover ourselves.
Who is responsible
Mirai Works, Santiago, Chile. For any question about your personal data, write to contacto@miraiworks.cl.
What we collect
What you give us in the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), project type and the message you write. We also record the language you were browsing in, so we reply in the same one.
We do not ask for sensitive or financial data. Please do not include that kind of information in your message.
What we use it for
Only to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it or hand it to third parties for commercial purposes, and we make no automated decisions about you.
The basis for processing it is your own consent, since you write to us voluntarily so that we get back to you.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and protects the form against bots through Turnstile. Turnstile sets no cookies and builds no browsing profile.
Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers the email with your enquiry to our internal mailbox. Your data leaves Chile and is processed on servers abroad.
Nobody else. There is no CRM, no lead database and no marketing integration behind this form.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation remains relevant. If you ask us to delete it, we do, and we confirm it to you.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or object to us continuing to process it. Write to contacto@miraiworks.cl and we will respond.
If you believe we handled your request poorly, you may escalate it to the competent data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without tracking cookies. If we enable analytics tools, they load only with your consent and you can change your choice at any time.
