Can you work on a site or system that already exists?
Yes. We take on built projects to integrate, maintain or extend them, and we also start from scratch. Which one fits comes out of the initial assessment.
How long does a project take?
We do not give a date before looking. First comes the assessment: we review processes, systems and data, and from there we define the scope and the timing of each stage. Promising a date without that step is guessing.
How do you charge?
It depends on the scope, and it is set in the proposal after the diagnosis. It can be per project or per hour, whichever suits both sides.
